I really wanted to like this 7 Brew location, but unfortunately our experience was pretty frustrating. We waited 45 minutes for 5 drinks, and when we finally got to the window, 3 out of the 5 drinks were wrong. The Hispanic girl who took our order was actually super sweet, patient, and helpful. She read our order back to us, and it was correct. The issue came when we got to the window. The girls working there seemed to have a hard time understanding the add-ins we had requested, like vanilla and strawberry. When we explained that the drinks were supposed to have those additions, they told us that the girl who took our order had gotten it wrong. They said she was new and that they had never seen her before, even though she had read the order back to us correctly. What made the situation worse was the attitude at the window. Instead of simply fixing the drinks or trying to understand what we had ordered, we felt like we were being blamed for the confusion and treated rudely. I understand that mistakes happen, especially when someone is new, and I really appreciated how kind the girl taking our order was. Delicious! My in laws visited a few times since opening so I decided to them a go. We tried the sugar free bubble gum smoothie with peach base and a cereal milk matcha latte. The smoothie was a 100 of out 10 😍 so so good! I’m not a matcha lover and wanted to give it a try - it wasn’t bad. Not very sweet. I feel as though someone who enjoys matcha drinks would’ve loved it. It wasn’t bad very quick service. Can’t beat their pricing We came around 10 pm on a Saturday. 7brew was gifting shirts with a Large drink purchase, so we got ours. I would definitely be back!

I was so excited when this Greensboro location opened because I’ve been driving 30 minutes to the High Point location for a long time. I love 7 Brew, so I couldn’t wait to have one closer to home. Unfortunately, I’ve had two visits that haven’t been great. On my first visit, my coffee was handed to me covered in spilled coffee and cold foam. I had to ask multiple times for it to be wiped off while several employees stood talking. By the time I got my drink back, the cold foam had already started to melt. I gave the location another chance today during the 2-for-$9 special, but the customer service was disappointing again. I understand the drive-thru gets busy, but employees were yelling for customers to pull their cars extremely close to the vehicles in front of them, and one employee rolled her eyes while directing traffic. A friendlier approach would have made all the difference. I’ve always had great experiences at the High Point location, so I know how welcoming 7 Brew can be. I hope this location improves because I’d really like to make it my new regular spot.

Tried for the first time today as they were doing free small drinks pre-opening. I got the cookie butter iced latte with cold foam, and it was the best coffee I’ve had! Also I was prepared for a long wait, but was in and out in 5 minutes even with a line. Also everyone was so friendly! I HIGHLY recommend!

Soft opening this weekend. They are doing free small drinks. They are very well staffed in prep for high traffic volume. The staff have all been super friendly so far. They are doing well working with the space they have. It's a drive thru only with a little bit of a tight set up, but they've been very efficient and knocking out the long lines. The drinks have been great so far. Hope they stay this efficient. Definitely a great value for the drinks!
